Booking uses Calendly. Your name, email and project answers are shared with Calendly and David to arrange your call and respond to your inquiry. Calendly uses cookies and similar technologies. The embedded calendar loads after you allow optional performance cookies. You can change your choice through Cookie Preferences in the footer, book directly on Calendly, or email David. Our portfolio includes videos hosted by YouTube and Vimeo. These providers have their own privacy practices: Google Privacy Policy and Vimeo Privacy Policy.
Before we talk.
Do I need to choose a package first?
No. Select “Not sure — help me choose” in the booking form and we'll help you decide on the call. Core, Plus and Signature each include 8 clips per month, with a different mix of Standard and Premium editing. Have other content or need a custom arrangement? We can discuss the scope.
Who chooses the moments?
You provide timestamps for your editing package. If you would like us to review full episodes and select moments, add Creative Curation at $100 per hour of footage reviewed. This is additional to editing.
How soon will my clips be ready?
Turnaround depends on your content and our production schedule. We'll agree a delivery timeline before editing begins. Each clip includes one revision.
How do the 3- and 6-month plans work?
All plans are billed monthly. A 3- or 6-month commitment lowers your monthly rate for that commitment. The total shown with each plan is the full commitment amount, paid in monthly installments.
How long are clips, and do unused clips roll over?
We usually recommend aiming for 1–2 minutes per clip, with the length agreed around your content. This isn't a strict length limit. Each monthly package includes 8 clips; unused clips don't roll over.
Are filming and social posting included?
The monthly packages cover editing. Filming and posting to your social accounts are quoted separately.
What happens after the discovery call?
We confirm fit, availability, scope and schedule before sending checkout. Once confirmed, we arrange your footage handoff and project onboarding. Booking a call doesn't purchase a package.
